Schedule of classes for June

Adult cooking classes are back in session after a summer of kids’ classes!

Learn kid-friendly, baon-appropriate SANDWICHES on the 12th (Wednesday). PASTA gets a fresh twist on the 19th (Wednesday). Discover how to make restaurant-caliber SALADS on the 22nd (Saturday). And incorporate more raw dishes in your un-cooking repertoire in PRACTICAL RAW on the 26th (Wednesday).

Fantastic salads 2.0

Always a pleasure to share creative ways in preparing fresh vegetable-based dishes!

Fabulous sandwiches – no meat but with tons of flavor.

Pair up your new knowledge of sandwiches with Soups to make you sing (7th, Wednesday).

If you often crave sweet brunch-y type meals then perhaps No muss, no fuss (sweet) brunch 3.0 is your cup of tea (10th, Saturday).

Get your sexy on with Dessert mayhem: sexy low-fat desserts (14th, Wednesday).

We take a two week break and proceed with rusticity in A taste of the Mediterranean (28th, Wednesday).
