In this hands-on class, learn how to make scrumptious, holiday-appropriate dishes that are nourishing as they are celebratory.
On the menu:
Lentil meat loaf
Tofu roast with chestnut stuffing
Two ultimate gravies
Garlic roasted string beans and cauliflower mash (a healthier alternative to mashed potatoes!)
Mango cream pie
*All dishes are gluten free-friendly! And as always, vegetarian, dairy-free, and egg-free. Desserts will be low-glycemic.
Rate: P1,950 if paid by Monday the 8th, P2,250 if paid after Monday (prepaying details here).
