In this NEW class, discover how to make healthy, flavorful sushi using whole-foods, plant-based ingredients. We’ll play with wholegrains, rice-free and vegetarian tuna alternatives, making condiments from scratch, and using both traditional and non-traditional Japanese ingredients to coax flavor and umami out of vegetables.

In this NEW class, learn how to make decadent yet guilt-free desserts sweetened with fruit, stevia, or limited amounts of coconut sugar. No refined flours or refined fats will be used. At the end of class, you’ll enjoy flavorful sweets that won’t spike your blood sugar and will leave you satisfied.

Pasta is a staple in Italian cuisine because it cooks quickly and fills up your appetite quite nicely. But most pasta noodles are made with refined flour (which can spike blood sugar levels) and their sauces can be quite rich and unhealthy. In this class, discover how to make healthified versions of pasta favourites without sacrificing flavour, using vegetables, soy, nuts, and herbs.

MUSHROOM COOKERY 2.0

In MUSHROOM COOKERY 2.0, you’ll learn how to cook healthy, mushroom-based, vegetarian versions of well-loved dishes. Mushrooms are actually a fungi – not a vegetable – and known as the “meat” of the vegetarian world. Not only are they delicious, mushrooms are high in protein, iron, and B vitamins, low in calories, actually help lower cholesterol, and eliminate toxins from the body. They are a rich source of glutamic acid (natural MSG) and so enhance the flavour of any savoury food.

Come to PERFECTION ACHIEVED BY WAY OF PIZZA class and I promise, you won’t find better pizzas around. Learn how to knead whole wheat and gluten-free pizza doughs from scratch as well as:
