6th, Saturday – Fantastic salads 2.0, 9am to 12:30pm

7th, Sunday – Nutty desserts, 9am to 1pm

27th, Saturday – Taco / burrito fiesta, 9am to 1pm

28th, Sunday – Chocoholics anonymous 2.0, 9am to 1pm

Dill potato salad with homemade egg-free mayonnaise

In NUTTY DESSERTS, discover how the complex, toasted, crunchy, and creamy flavours of nuts can enhance desserts. And because nuts are so rich, you won’t miss the dairy and eggs typically present in these pastries! As usual, we will be using wholegrain flours and alternative sweeteners in this class.

Chocolate almond butter silk pie

Creamy lime macadamia cheesecake bites with almond crust

Cinnamon walnut crumb cake

Sea salt candied hazelnuts over coconut cashew ice cream

Bring out your maracas and bandaritas in this fun cooking class! In TACO / BURRITO FIESTA, learn how to make a slew of Mexican dishes for the ultimate vegan party. We’ll make a bunch of stuffings and condiments from scratch, you won’t know what hit you!

Lentil walnut taco meat, mexican soy chorizo crumbles, black beans with cilantro
