9th, Wednesday – SAUCY DESSERTS (gluten-free options available), 10am to 2pm
In this hands-on class, learn how to craft desserts and versatile dessert sauces using fruit, whole grains, alternative and low-glycemic sweeteners, and nuts. With these four sauces in your arsenal, you can jazz up any and every dessert you make from now on.

Coffee ice cream with warm salted caramel sauce
Banana bread pudding with chocolate sauce

16th, Wednesday – FANTASTIC SALADS 4.0 (gluten-free), 10am to 2pm
Salads are nutrient-dense, immunity-boosting, and cooling to the body. There are terrible salads out there (I’m talking about limp leaves with a side of vinegar some restaurants like to sell for P400) but the salad of your dreams – the kind that you’ll look forward to eating – is easy and doable. In this class, learn how to make 4 beautiful salads that will knock your socks and tastebuds off. You’ll get familiar with different vegetables, fruit, grains, beans, herbs, spices, and seeds that you can use to compose future dreamy salads.

Mediterranean chickpea, olive, and quinoa salad
Waldorf salad with sea salt candied walnuts
Barbecued black bean chopped salad with ranch dressing
Thai crunch salad with peanut dressing

23rd, Wednesday – PERFECTION ACHIEVED BY WAY OF PIZZA (gluten-free options available), 10am to 2:30pm
Who doesn’t love pizza? Yes, herbivores don’t just drink green juice and eat salad all day. We like to let our hair down and occasionally nosh on one of Italy’s food legacies. For those who forsake dairy, ordering a cheeseless pizza may seem more of a chore than a treat.
Why pay someone to make you a tolerable vegetable pizza when you can make one (or 8) yourself that you will actually want to devour?
Come to this class and I promise, you won’t find better pizzas around. To the herbivores out there, you don’t want to miss this. And if you’re a meat eater? It’ll be an enlightening experience for you, too.
Learn how to knead whole wheat and gluten-free pizza doughs from scratch as well as:
3 sauces – marinara, smoky barbecue, and dairy-free garlic cream
2 dairy-free cheeses – soy and nut
At the end of class we will make 8 awesome pizza flavours:
margherita, bianca, truffle potato, truffle mushroom, garden barbecue, roman eggplant, pizza con zucca, sky’s the limit
