Cancer fighting cooking workshop on Saturday the 19th in St. Luke’s Medical Center, QC

Mark your calendars, Northerners. On Saturday the 19th at St. Luke’s Medical Center Quezon City, discover how a whole food, plant-based diet can prevent cancer and support cancer treatment. If you or a loved one is currently battling cancer and would like to learn how to prepare mouth-watering dishes using cancer-fighting foods, this is the workshop for you. This 2-hour session is information-packed and you will get tastings of the dishes prepared.

RSVP is required. Please contact Joselyn at 723-0101 ext. 5427. Workshop fee is P100 — super affordable, yo!

In partnership with Corridor of Hope, St. Luke’s cancer support group and Ryan Fernandez, cancer fighting boy wonder.

*This is the second time I’ve been invited back to give a workshop at St. Luke’s. Last October I was asked to conduct a green juice and smoothie workshop which was pretty well attended. I think there were 50 people who came to see me talk about the benefits of vegetables in liquid form.
