On the 6th, I’m bringing back this class which was supposed to happen a month ago but got canceled due to the rains.
Get your chickpea croquettes on with this tasty tasty vegan rendition. We’ll also cook up supernatural ketchup from scratch – none of that Red Lake 40 thank you very much. I’d especially like to mention the tofu meatballs on whole wheat fussilli with stealth tomato sauce because the meatballs might just change your life. Or your kid’s life. And to make veggies extra tasty, we’ll mix up spiced veggies with white bean dip the kiddies will actually want to eat. Another dip for dessert too – dessert hummus (with dippers)! Yes, it is possible, and hummus makes the world go round.

On the 13th, it’s going to be a chocolate explosion! And no, this is in no way referencing RH politics. Ten points to those who can figure out my inspiration for naming this class!
I am revisiting a childhood treat with winter is coming chocolate popsicles. Class gets classier with death by dark chocolate truffles while you had me at chocolate chunk cookies proves that you can have chocolate and be vegan, too. Get seduced with more darkness with the only chocolate cake you need. And yes people, vegan much ado about fondue is completely possible, and it is completely wonderful.
